Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping available for in-stock items, charges will apply based on Carrier rates. Orders must be received by 9 a.m. for same day shipping on UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight deliveries. All items are discreetly packaged and labeled.

Exchanges permitted if the original product is defective. We do not rent. items for exchange must be returned with the original packaging, within 10 days of delivery.
Toys:
All novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise. Simply return the item for exchange with the original packaging, within 10 days of delivery. Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged.
Clothing:
